Location, access & turnaround +
Pickup is in East Oak Hill, Austin. Your private photo guide, gate code and assigned drop-off locker become available after your invoice is paid. Pickup locker details arrive when your equipment is ready.
I confirm your completion time before work begins. A 24-hour service request is subject to availability; special-order strings and grommets may take longer. Exchange access, service timing and replies are separate.
BEFORE YOU HEAD OVER
A clear route, every time.
Your private order link contains your order details, confirmed total, and payment options. After confirmed payment, eligible active orders can see the arrival guide and current access instructions.
At drop-off
Use only your assigned drop-off locker. Place your equipment fully inside, close and lock it, scramble the dials, and message me after drop-off.
At pickup
Wait for your ready notification, then check your order link for the assigned pickup locker and combination. Collect only your equipment, then close, lock and scramble the dials.
